Question: The mural we need is larger than the ones you have listed, do you make them bigger?

Answer: Yes we do make the tile murals in larger sizes, we recommend you measure the area in which you would like your mural and email us the dimensions. We will then send you a no obligation quote. We also have the feature tiles available in other sizes (ie: 6" x 8" and 8" x 10") so please contact us if you require another size than those we have listed.

 Question: I have an unusual gap in our tiles that I would like to place a mural but the mural I like won't fit. Can this be done?

Answer: Yes we can crop images to fit to different mural sizes. If you have a specific space to place a mural but find the tiles don't perfectly fit we recommend to use a smaller size mural and border the mural with small glass mosiac tiles. Not only does this give you more flexibility but creates a stunning visual effect for your tile mural.

Question: I have a beautiful picture of a sunset I took while on holiday. Can you print this image onto a mural?

Answer: Absolutely, we can print any photograph onto our high quality tiles however we do need a large jpeg file(2MB+) of your photo. Alternatively you can send us your photo before purchase and we can tell you if it will be suitable for the tile mural you require.

Question: I would love to order some of your feature tiles but I am worried they may break in the post.

Answer: We pack all our tiles extremely well, if by chance however there is a breakage in transit we will replace the tile/s. All we need is a photograph of your broken tile/s emailed to us.

Question: How do I clean the tiles?

Answer: The tiles can be cleaned with a cloth and detergent, glass cleaner or mild bathroom cleaners however harsh scourers should be avoided as they may scratch the tiles. We provide installation instructions and information on caring for your tiles with all our orders.
